I have no idea if he's good at handling vehicles, because he no-showed. Everything started great, good communication, etc. We created an appointment for Mike to come out a few days in advance. That morning I receive an email stating he forgot about a Dr.'s appointment and will be running a bit late. Asks if that's OK. I reply that it's fine. From there, he no-shows. Never replies back, never apologizes for no-showing or asks if I want to reschedule. Nothing. I'm sure he's great, but that's not how you treat your customers.
