My wife, Jan, and I just signed up for Baldwin Brother's Direct Cremation. The process took about an hour but was very enjoyable. Both John and Lisa were very personable and informative. (Mainly, they laughed at our jokes.) They made an experience which could have been lengthy and boring into a very pleasant hour. They were able to answer all our questions and not once did we feel any pressure to purchase anything other than what we came for. The coffee was perfect and the setting was comfortable. We would HIGHLY recommend Baldwin Brothers for your cremation needs!

Brian Gifford, Funeral Director at Baldwin Brothers, provided excellent professional services to our family. He went above and beyond ensuring that our father's arrangements (who had passed at sea on a cruise) went successfully at the Port. He assisted us with making choices, and was attentive to providing helpful details that we would use in the days to come. Even though the Memorial Service had to be delayed for weeks, he picked came back alongside and assisted in getting our father's obituary and photos posted to the Baldwin Brothers website. We are thankful to have had his excellent help along the way, and wish him every success in all of his future endeavors.

Brian from Baldwin Brothers is absolutely amazing. He made my mother-in-law and our family feel as though we were his priority. At our request, he did everything in his power to expedite services by making phone calls, pulling strings and offering us invaluable advice so that we could lay my father-in-law to rest very quickly, so that all of our family in town could be present before they had to go home. I don't know what we would have done without his direction and expertise. Thank you Brian, for helping us through this awful time.
