Booked cab 2 days in advance. Received a confirmation text. Cab never showed up. Phone number to the taxi service went to a voice mail that was full. Had to call another cab and was an hour late due to Elite taxi never showing up. I would prefer to leave 0 stars but I don't think it will let me write a review with 0 stars.
