DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give a zero stars I would. Very deceptive in their practices. We purchased new panels in December and they immediately leaked. We have been waiting for warranty replacement panels for almost 6 months now. No heat in our pool since day one of the new panels! Every time I call it's the same story - "I'm at the top of their list" "They are waiting on panels from the manufacturer"

Buyer Beware! Very poor customer service, very poor warranty service. We've been missing our $2500.00 warrantied solar panel since August of 2017. It is now 7 months later (March 2018) and still no sign of a replacement panel. On top of the warranty issues, their faulty installation work caused damage to our garage roof and ceiling. Have been getting nothing but the run-around from this company for months. Besides missing our $2500.00 panel we're now staring at a $4800.00 roof repair job, all because we foolishly chose to deal with this company. Over the years we've purchased a solar roof panel, a solar hot water tank and a pool heating system from them and we still can't manage to get any service. NEVER AGAIN! Never Again!
