Patti is exceptional! We were in a pinch for a campsite and she worked hard to deliver - and did! Facilities are clean and modern. Price is right. Front-row campers will find the traffic noise obtrusive but our AC unit fan provided enough white noise for us to sleep well. Some sites might be close together but ours was roomy enough for our 36' 5th wheel with 2 pullouts (on one side), Awning (on other side), and truck. Not many activities on site but it is within 30 miles of Jacksonville, 40 miles of the ocean and it's parks, and more.
