Hi Friends, Don’t do any business with Metro van Line. This is cheated company. 1. They are putting fake review on web site. 2. My experience with Metro van line is very bad. 3. First time on call they gave me quote of 1558$. I was very happy with it and I did my partial payment also. 4. Wen moving company ppl came to pick up my households they loaded in truck after loading they gave me bill of 3500$. 5. They said with 2100$ we cannot move I said unload then Michelle said you need to pay 3700$. 6. They did full cheating with me. When they came to TX location they charged 250$ more to change truck 7. They lost my 1200$ camera and michelle and company is not responding on phone or mail any more. Regards, Ashish K

I was quoted 1900.00 dollars for a move and when the movers got to my storage unit the guy says that this is going to be a lot more. I was charged an additional 1340.00 for a new total of 3386.00. I was on a time crunch and had to pay that extra amount or lose my valuables from my move. The lady named Liz promised me movers to move my stuff and one guy came to my new location to try and unload everything by himself, after about a half an hour the delivery driver asked some Hispanic guy near my house if he could help him since no one showed up with him to deliver the stuff. I had to tell the random stranger to put my stuff down and do not come into my house with my kids. It was ridiculous. The random stranger that started moving my stuff dropped my expensive couch and damaged it. After all my property that I had to move into my own apartment which they were supposed to do, the delivery driver hands me $40.00 and says don't tell anyone or I could get in trouble. After filling a claim for the additional amount and damage of my property by them I was offered 60.00 for everything which I rejected. This is horrible moving company. DO NOT USE BY ANY MEANS. GO TO PODS FOR A TRUE PRICE. THE LADY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO YOU TO USE THEIR COMPANY. THEY WILL OFFER YOU A LOW PRICE THEN CHANGE IT DRASTICALLY WHEN THEY ARRIVE. MY ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS 1900.00 AND CHANGED TO 3400.00. TRULY A DISAPPOINTMENT. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIZ FROM METRO VAN LINES IS A LIAR. DO NOT HAVE THE SAME DISAPPOINTMENT AS ME AND USE A RELIABLE MOVING COMPANY.
