Palm Beach Bicycle Trail Shop

New location same great service! I rented a bike with an attachment bike for my 6 year old daughter, coolest thing ever. We cruised down lake trail along with my wife and 8 year son. The staff at the shop were amazing, met us right up front , described the path to us and we were on our way in minutes. Highly recommended. Will definitely return again soon!

If I could give them no stars I would. Called to reserve a bike and was told they won't reserve one for me. I drove and got there 5 minutes after they opened. They were out of bikes. I was told bikes would be returned 1/2 hour to an hour later. They wouldn't take my reservation nor call me when the bikes were available. I guess I was suppose to wait around. Horrific customer service and just plain stupid. Thanks!
