Publix Super Market at Sunshine Park Shopping Center

Customer service at this location is extremely rude at the deli. The staff fights and has attitudes towards one another and it is visible to see to the customers. I ordered special subs and the lady asked me if i wanted something else that was pre cut because she was going to have to cut it. When I asked to have the bread removed from the center I got another attitude. I decided to write this review because this is not the first time I have had problems with the deli, last week I went there to pick up lunch and usually get the chicken salad and they were out and upon asking the lady, she said I have a lot to do but I can make it if you really have to have it. And also last week I ordered online, went to pick it up at the time it said it would be ready, and the lady never looked at the ticket and told me that she was sorry, she had a lot to do before she could get to it. Management really needs to step it up and have a meeting. I am sure customers must be dropping with the staff in the deli. The rest of the store I have no problems.
