They came out and inspected within 24 hours of my call. He walked the entire roof with my husband and was honest (need a new roof, but it should last another year or two). His price was the best. Not the cheapest, but it included a better quality tile, a longer warranty and a guaranteed that they would clean up behind themselves. It was still cheaper than 4 of the other 5 companies.
We got the estimate within 3 days and the roof was fixed within 3 days after we agreed to the price. They did a great job and when it is time for a new roof, we will be calling them.
