Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Loxahatchee Groves

Love tropical smoothie overall but this location is awful. They often forget ingredients in your smoothie, don't blend it right and the cup is never full. Online orders are always missing something. Tonight's bowl had only lettuce and three pieces of chicken. Cheese, rice, tomatoes and sauce was missing. Tried this place numerous times but tonight was definitely the last time.

Short on staff. Took them 40 minutes to make my ONE smoothie because they only have one person working on smoothies, hard on them when it gets busy. I don't blame the kid making my smoothie, I blame the company for having such short of staff for such a popular busy place
